This project for Summit County consists of replacing the existing secondary treatment process consisting of rotating biological contractors, secondary clarifiers, final clarifiers with a new secondary treatment process that includes biological nutrient removal. The project also includes a new receiving station for sewer maintenance vehicle discharges from cleaning operations in the County’s sewer lines and at its pump station wet wells.
