Located at the Intersection of East Buchtel Avenue and South College Street, this four-story academic and office building provides facilities for the Arts and Sciences College at the University of Akron. Specific college departments include Mathematics and Computer Sciences, Psychology, Economics, Statistics, History, Geography and Planning. With a steel frame construction and brick façade, this facility also includes expansive glass curtain-wall systems highlighted in the main atrium. This project utilized a fast-track multiple prime contract delivery method and was completed on time and under budget.
