This project consisted of the replacement of the 102-year old Mill Street Bridge over the CSX Railroad in downtown Akron at Quaker Square. The work included construction of new retaining walls and a new precast culvert as well as new pavement and lighting between Broadway Street and College Street. Also included in the project are intersection improvements, an upgraded signal at College Street, and lining of the existing combined sewer.
