This project called for a single lane roundabout on Martha Avenue at the existing Seiberling/Martha Avenue intersection. Roadway improvements on Martha Avenue included full depth asphalt reconstruction with curb, a landscaped center median, concrete sidewalks, and lawn strip with trees. Executive Drive was also constructed to include asphalt pavement with concrete curb, and a cul-de-sac at the west end for a future connection to the Goodyear parking garage. The project also included reconstruction of South Seiberling Street, installation of a water main on executive drive and extended through the roundabout, street lighting and landscaping.
