This project was the next phase of the steam and condensate upgrades which increased the capacity and distribution of steam for future campus expansion. Similar to Bid Package 2, this project included excavation, construction of a concrete tunnel for the steam and condensate lines, waterproofing the new tunnel, installing the steam lines, constructing cast in place steam vaults and restoration.
