In conjunction with the GPD Group, Kenmore Construction reconstructed the Cascade Plaza in downtown Akron under the design build project delivery method. The reconstruction of this Akron landmark included the complete demolition of the existing plaza, installation of a new waterproofing membrane for the parking garage below, construction of a new green space and outdoor seating areas which included all new concrete, stamped concrete and steps.
