Mud Run Pump Station & Storage Basin

The Mud Run Pump Station Project was a project for the City of Akron, Waterways Renewed initiative that consisted of improvements to the existing Mud Run Pump Station, including expansion of the wet and dry wells, replacing 4 pumps and installing two new pumps and also installing a mechanically raked influent bar screen. Kenmore Construction was also contracted to construct a 1.4 million gallon cast in place storage basin to be filled by the new pumps in the event of an overflow condition.
